Everything in the house is here to be used. If something feels stuck, it is probably just shy.

Heating & Air Conditioning

There is no central thermostat for temperature adjustment. To adjust the room temperature: use the white remote control for air conditioning (cooling) or the floor heating panel (heating).

  • Cooling: Use the wall-mounted air conditioner and its white remote control.
  • Heating: Use the left side of the boiler panel (winter only). Keep it set between 24–26°C.
  • Hot Water: Keep the right side of the panel ON at all times for hot water.

Washer & Dryer

  • Hours of Use: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
