House Rules
A few small things we ask
Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.
Rooftop Hours
The rooftop is accessible to guests from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on the rooftop.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and be considerate of our neighbors.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please do not throw cigarette butts from the balcony or rooftop.
Cooking & Kitchen
Light cooking is welcome. Please clean the kitchen after use and do not leave food or dishes unattended. For foods with strong smells, please use the ventilation hood and ventilate the room.
Trash & Recycling
Please follow the recycling and waste-sorting instructions provided at the house. Do not leave food waste or garbage in bedrooms or common areas.
Property Care
Please treat the house, furniture, appliances, and belongings with care. If anything is accidentally damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible.
Windows & Doors
Please close all windows and doors when leaving the house, especially when using air conditioning or heating.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Safety
Please do not use candles, incense, portable burners, or open flames inside the property. In case of emergency, contact us immediately or call 119 for fire/medical emergencies or 112 for police assistance.
